Fulfillment is the execution of an approved access change in a target system. It may be automatic through a connector or manual through a ticket or task. Fulfillment covers grants, modifications, suspensions and revocations.
IGA should track the requested state, execution result, errors, retries and verified target state. Approval without completed and verified fulfillment does not establish control effectiveness.
