1. About Astranova Labs

Astranova Labs provides cybersecurity and identity governance solutions, including Citadel Identity360, along with related services, information, demonstrations, documentation and resources. References in these Terms to “Astranova Labs”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to Astranova Labs.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms govern the use of the Website and publicly accessible content provided through it. Use of Astranova Labs products or services, including Citadel Identity360, by customers or partners may be governed by separate agreements such as:

  • Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
  • Software or SaaS subscription agreements
  • Order Forms
  • Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Partner or reseller agreements
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

Where a separate written agreement exists, the terms of that agreement will prevail in the event of any conflict relating to the applicable product or service.

3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Website in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astranova Labs, its directors, officers, employees and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities or expenses arising from:

21. No Waiver

Failure by Astranova Labs to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision or of Astranova Labs’ right to enforce it subsequently.

22. Entire Agreement for Website Use

These Terms, together with the Astranova Labs Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly referenced on the Website, constitute the terms applicable to general Website use. They do not replace or modify separately executed customer, partner, employment, confidentiality, licensing or service agreements.
