Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)

IGA manages identity lifecycles and governs who receives, retains and loses access across an organization.

Identity governance and administration (IGA) is the policy, process and technology discipline that manages identity lifecycles and governs access across an organization. It answers who has access to what, how they received it, whether they should retain it, who approved it and whether the control worked.

Core IGA capabilities include identity data integration, account correlation, joiner-mover-leaver automation, access requests, provisioning, access reviews, role and entitlement management, separation-of-duties controls, analytics and audit evidence.
