Reconciliation

Reconciliation is the comparison of the intended identity or access state in IGA with the actual state in a target system.

Reconciliation is the comparison of the intended identity or access state in IGA with the actual state in a target system. It identifies missing, extra, failed or changed accounts and entitlements and can trigger correction or investigation.

Aggregation collects target data; reconciliation evaluates differences. Together they verify that provisioning and deprovisioning controls worked.
